Start by splitting your first nut into 8 pieces. Take a 1/8 of your first nut and crush the 1/8 between two teaspoons, place the crushed nut and teaspoons in a glass, add boiling water covering only the measuring part of the teaspoon. Allow to cool down and drink.
Note: If the nuts are big, split the nut into 16 pieces.From day 9 onwards

Alleurites Mollucana L. (Willd) is a plant from the Euphorbiaceae family and it is from Indonesian and Malaysia and well adapted to the climatic conditions of the south and southeast of Brazil. It was introduced in Brazil in the 1980s as an ornamental tree and is an important source of oil used in tanneries. Alleurites Mollucana is a medicinal plant popularly used to treat pain, fever, asthma, hepatitis, gastric ulcer and inflammatory process in general.
Alleurites Molluccana is a medium – sized tree with a large spreading crown that can reach 20m in height and 0.9m trunk diameter, although it typically grows to 10 – 15m in open areas. In narrow valleys A. moluccana usually has a branchless trunk and achieves its greatest height.
Seed preparation: To extract the seeds, the fruits are pressed or lightly beaten, and then washed and dried. If the fruits are fresh, they are allowed to decay a few days in a moist area, which makes it easier to peel off the thick, leathery outer husk. This exposes the hard shell that encloses the seed. There are about 100–120 seeds per kg with the husk removed and shells on. Typically, germination is about 80% over the course of several months. Oleic Acid:
The study shows that Oleic Acid is inserted into the cell membrane and regulates signalling mediated by G-Protein couple receptors. Flavonoids:
Many flavonoids are shown to have anti oxidative activity, free-radical scavenging capacity, coronary heart disease prevention, and anticancer activity, while some flavonoids exhibit the potential for anti–human immunodeficiency virus functions. Flavonoids are a group of bioactive compounds that are extensively found in foodstuffs of plant origin. Their regular consumption is associated with reduced risk of a number of chronic diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease (CVD) and neurodegenerative disorders. Flavonoids are classified into subgroups based on their chemical structure: flavanones, flavones, flavonols, flavan-3-ols, anthocyanins and isoflavones. Their actions at the molecular level include antioxidant effects, as well the ability to modulate several key enzymatic pathways. The growing body of scientific evidence indicates that flavonoids play a beneficial role in disease prevention, however further clinical and epidemiological trials are greatly needed. Among dietary sources of flavonoids there are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and spices. Consumption of these substances with diets appears to be safe. It seems that a diet, rich in flavonoids, is beneficial and its promotion is thus justifiable.

Stearic Acid:
Stearic acid is a long-chain saturated fatty acid. However, in contrast with other saturated fatty acids, stearic acid apparently does not raise serum cholesterol concentrations. Studies carried out three decades ago provided strong suggestive evidence that this was the case. More recent investigations that specifically compared stearic acid with other fatty acids in human studies have confirmed that stearic acid is not hypercholesteraemic. Stearic acid was shown not to raise low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol relative to oleic acid, which is known to be neutral in its effects on cholesterol concentrations. In contrast, palmitic acid, another long-chain saturated fatty acid, definitely raises cholesterol concentrations. For this reason, fats rich in stearic acid might be used in place of those high in palmitic acid in cholesterol-lowering diets.
Plant Sterols:
Antiviral retain proteins essential for muscle growth and maintenance. Plant sterols (when taken at 2 g/day) cause significant inhibition of cholesterol absorption and lower LDL-C levels by between 8 and 10%. The relative proportions of cholesterol versus sterol levels are similar in both plasma and tissue, with levels of sterols being 500-/10,000-fold lower than those of cholesterol, suggesting they are handled similarly to cholesterol in most cells. The cholesterol lowering effect of plant sterols is well documented in the literature. It is now accepted, after much earlier scientific debate and study, that 4-desmethyl plant sterols, either in their free or esterified form, decrease blood levels of total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol through reduction of cholesterol absorption.

Palmitic Acids:
The structure of the triglycerides (TG) in human milk (HM) differs from those of vegetable oils used in infant formulas. In HM, palmitic acid is predominantly esterified to the centre or β-position of the TG, in vegetable oil, it is mainly at the external or α-positions. These differences in configuration affect intestinal fat absorption.

Triterpenes:
